Re: White Bear Lake Dive on March 6, 2010 - mermaid - 03-10-2010 THANKS! ;D Re: White Bear Lake Dive on March 6, 2010 - mcdiver - 03-10-2010 When it comes to handling big tools, Terry has been known to come up a little "short", so I let him pose with my chainsaw. But anyway, I guess I lack the technique that Terry has when it comes to cutting through the ice, so I let him use my chainsaw to get his opinion on whether or not it was cutting well, or needed to be sharpened since his chainsaw seemed to cut so much better than mine the previous week. As it turns out, this may have been the last week of ice diving. With rain forecast the rest of the week and with temps in the mid 40's with the possibility of hitting 50 by the weekend, I sure as heck have no intenion of driving my truck on the lake. But a big thanks to all who came out and dove with us this past weekend, it might be awhile before Matt does another ice dive since he is moving east in June. I will be in Virginia sometime this spring or summer for several weeks with the National Guard, so if you have already moved, I will give you a call when I get there and perhaps we can do a dive together. Now Dave, dont you kid yourself, I have a string of references, that can attest to me knowing NOTHING, about coming up a little "short", when it comes to handling big tools, McCulloh might of gone belly up in 1999, and has since fired back up, but not me!
